Service Description
Blue Clearway Services, LLC provides medical specimen transport, courier delivery, and logistics services. All services are performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, DOT, and OSHA requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, properly packaging items per applicable regulations, disclosing any hazardous materials, and ensuring authorized personnel are available for pickup and delivery. Customers must provide accurate descriptions of items being transported.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal substances, explosives, radioactive materials (unless properly licensed), or items prohibited by law. Any items requiring special permits must be disclosed prior to transport, and proper documentation must be provided.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is based on service type, distance, urgency, and special handling requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are Net 30 for approved accounts. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Delivery Timeframes
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. STAT/Emergency deliveries are prioritized and handled with the utmost urgency.
Liability & Insurance
Blue Clearway Services maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the shipment, not to exceed the coverage limits of our insurance policy. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduled pickups may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency/STAT requests cancelled after dispatch will be charged the full delivery fee.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, shipment contents, and business relationships. All employees sign non-disclosure agreements, and our operations comply with HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Maryland.
